Extremely Short Notice Mission

The family of Hector R. Garcia has requested the participation of the PGR at his funeral and interment services. Mr. Garcia was killed in a vehicle accident while driving a tanker truck. He served in the US Army from 1992 – 1996, leaving the service as a sergeant.

Date/Time: Saturday, 04 December 2010. Funeral Mass scheduled for 10 am.

Location: St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 408 Washburn St., Taylor, TX. Interment to follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Taylor.

Timeline:
8:30 – 8:45 am staging
8:45 am briefing
8:55 am KSU for the 15 – 20 min ride to the church. We will establish a flag line at the church upon arrival.

Wx: Partly Cloudy, low 52, high 74 deg. Please remember to bring your own drinking water.

Notes: Please arrive fed, fueled, and hydrated. Following the funeral service we will join the LEO escorted procession from the church to the nearby cemetery, where we will form a second flag line for the interment service.
