Final Itinerary
Mr. Charles G. Maxey passed away March 5, 2010, and his family has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his funeral and interment services.
Mr. Maxey served 20 years in the US Navy, retiring as a Petty Officer First Class, after which he became a Williamson County deputy sheriff.
Date/Time: Thursday, 11 March 2010. Services scheduled for 2:00 pm
Location: St. Peter Lutheran Church, FM 972 and FM 1105 in Walburg, TX. We will stage at the church. Interment will follow at the St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Walburg.
Directions: From IH35, take exit 268 for FM 972, Walburg. At the stop sign turn right (east) on FM 972, proceed 3 miles. Church is on the left. Map Link: tinyurl.com/StPeterWalburg

Weather: Partly cloudy, low 49, high 74 deg F. Please bring your own drinking water. Sun screen advised.
Notes: Arrive fed, fueled, and hydrated. Parking is limited at the church. At the conclusion of the funeral service we will participate in a short procession (1.5 miles) to the small cemetery, where we will be parking in grass covered black dirt. You may want to consider bringing a side stand pad.
